Overview
Our official refund policy is that refunds for tickets can only occur before May 1st. If you purchased tickets before this date and it is after May 1, we can no longer refund for the tickets, nor can we refund tickets purchased after May 1st.
To complete a return, we require that the request come from the email address that was entered online at the time of ticket purchase.
Refunds
Once your request for refund is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of the request. We cannot do partial refunds; we can only refund the entire amount paid and cancel all tickets purchased. If you wish to still keep certain tickets, you will have to re-purchase them.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
